Remove Sky tests that we don't intend to port to the new world

These tests are for aspects of the Sky engine we plan to remove along with
support for the old world.

We should save this off somewhere, maybe in events.md, so that if we do end up
using Dispatcher (which I think we might well) then we don't lose the tests. And
if we don't use it, we would ditch the tests at the same time.
