Update Android Apps to use gradle

Update Android Apps to use gradle

This CL replaces ant with gradle for the task of building APKs.
The primary driver of this change is that it now allow us to
develop and test our apps using Android Studio.

So this is a rather large change, but the bulk of the changes are just moving
files to new directories.  If the file has an A+ then I didn't modify it but
rather am just moving it from an old location.

because those are the only variants I added to Android Studio and I thought it
might be helpful to call that out.  However, I don't have a strong leaning
either way.

Just out of curiosity, I suppose that is because it would be more work, and ARM
and Intel are the main Android devices out there?
