Add the 'Ask Google' option to the spelling submenu on Mac.

For some reason the "Ask Google" option does not appear in the right-
click menu on Mac, even though it's present in the Settings menu.

Uh, can we please revert this? "Ask Google for Suggestions" is part of the main
entries of the context menu already. It's deliberately up there and not in the
spelling submenu.

Linux/ChromeOS/Windows show "Ask Google for Suggestions" in submenu. Why not on
Mac?
