I like the idea of a common class for the properties in common between
WebMouseEvent (in the future WebPointerEvent) and WebTouchPoint.  This doesn't
need to match Pointer Event semantics/names exactly though - whatever is most
convenient for blink/chromium is fine (it can be up to blink to do any necessary
conversions).
