DevTools: [CSS] introduce strong types

The patch:
- introduce WI.CSSStyleModel.InlineStyleResult type, a single container
  type for getInlineStyle command results.
- setup a strong type for getMatchedStyles command
- remove cssFamilyName return value from getPlatformFonts
