Remove editing/pasteboard/paste-noscript-xhtml.xhtml

Remove editing/pasteboard/paste-noscript-xhtml.xhtml

Remove the editing/pasteboard/paste-noscript-xhtml.xhtml test as it has
been marked flaky for over a year and has a failure rate of 80% without
anyone caring or trying to fix it.
