Removing unused functions from ResourceRequest class

This patch removes the following unused function: ResourceRequest::clearHTTPAuthorization(),
ResourceRequest::defaultTimeoutInterval(),
ResourceRequest::setDefaultTimeoutInterval(),
initializeMaximumHTTPConnectionCountPerHost()
