The third and fourth values of rect might be ambiguous to readers. It seems that
we use width and height (e.g. GraphicsLayerDebugInfo and rectAsJSONArray in
GraphicsLayer.cpp) more than maxX, maxY in blink. Better to keep the
consistency.
