I'm confused, what does "base namespace" mean? Isn't this the same as
StripNamespace since SplitNamespace returns a 2-tuple?

The case I was thinking of was:

"app.window.AppWindow."

Base namespace = 'AppWindow', not 'window'

Looked at the implementation of SplitNamespace, and you're right - it's .rsplit,
and it has a limit of 1 split. Removed this.
