Rebaseline after libxml update

Rebaseline after libxml update

The update to libxml moves the column error location reported in some
cases.

The two remaining tests tagged with 501659 I'm less certain are just
trivial updates, so I'll investigate those in separate CLs.

I followed https://www.chromium.org/developers/testing/webkit-layout-tests/testexpectations#TOC-How-to-rebaseline
I'm not sure why it duplicated a bunch of stuff around, but I'm
assuming that part's OK. The only change in all these files is to update
the column numbers.
