Oilpan: Trace ThreadState::performIdleGC() function for better debuggability. Additionally, a few useful data are recorded to be able to see if the actual collection is made or not. Note this isn't guarded with GC_PROFILING macro, just like the tracing events for Heap::collectGarbage().
