Can I verify on gold that this fixes the tests I marked bad last Friday?

lgtm. I confirmed this also appears on the galaxy s6 (Mali T760), so I'm fine
with blacklisting all of arm.

As for confirming it in gold after, you will need to follow these many steps (a
new view is being added soon to make this an easier process).

1) On home screen click the magnifying class in top right and filter for
Nexus10, gpu, and <name of test>

2) Click slider for Head and Unt Only so that all things show up.

3) Click the little grid icon next to your test.

4) On top bar of grid click the "X" button to show negative images in grid

5) click on a diff in grid that has your negative image

6) on right of page click the "digest link" for the negative image

7) look at the "dot" sequence to see the negative went back to a positive image.
