Enable slimming paint for virtual/antialiasedtext

Tests to be rebaselined are because slimming paint force anti-aliasing
when drawing borders.

This is enabled first because we have no easy way (except
virtual/slimmingpaint-antialiasedtext) to run these tests with slimming paint on
normal build bots. They can be covered by try bots, but we have to manage many
local needs rebaselines but can't actually rebaseline, which may cause trouble
when analyzing cull rect failures.
