I don't think we would ever want User Agent visible from device mode either.
Lets flatten it and only surface Device part there, move UA to network as well.

I thought about it, but selecting device affects UA. It's strange to not expose
it in Device Mode if we show the warning about it.
I would also both expect it to reset when I disable device emulation and not
reset because I set it up in Network panel.
Need clear model here. Let's discuss offline.

I think you can leave it as a r/o subtle text to the right, but remove the full
blown blue color-coding from the device mode.
