Move alternate_nav_infobar_delegate.* from c/b/infobars/ to c/b/ui/omnibox.

Move alternate_nav_infobar_delegate.* from c/b/infobars/ to c/b/ui/omnibox.

Also move the alternate_nav_url_fetcher.* files from c/b/ to c/b/ui/omnibox.

While living alongside the other files is good, adding things to chrome/browser/
is bad.

I'd rather find a better spot for all the alternate nav stuff, if we can.

What about chrome/browser/ui/omnibox/?  That's where things like location_bar.h
lives.  Are you proposing moving some of that directory's contents to your new
one?  Or should these all just live in one place or the other?

For me there was always a confusion about omnibox vs location_bar terms.
