Remove destroyDecodedData from BitmapImageTest profile tests

Remove destroyDecodedData() from BitmapImageTest color profile tests

Blink 191876 removed the image source resetDecoder() method, but left the
destroyDecodedData() calls in the color profile tests that used the reset
method. The destroyDecodedData() calls are not needed, remove them.
