a few issues of putting it here: it's running for child process (which could be
fixed by moving it down), but also it's not running for mandoline since that has
a different main in mandoline/app/desktop/main.cc. also it would be good to put
this somewhere shared with android (then we don't really need a class around
these few lines). what about in mojo::runner::Context?
