Rename WebSharedWorkerImpl::stopWorkerThread() to terminateWorkerThread()

Rename WebSharedWorkerImpl::stopWorkerThread() to terminateWorkerThread()

To make interface names consistent with other Worker related classes,
rename stopWorkerThread() to terminateWorkerThread().
