Mark inspector/sources/debugger-step/debugger-step-into-async{1,2}.html as slow

The tests are inherently slow due to the debugger functionality they cover. I'm marking them as slow for now. If this is not enough they should be broken down into smaller pieces. I don't want to do this at the moment as that would increase total runtime of the tests.
