Add remaining compile targets to Win8 Aura bot.

Add remaining compile targets to Win8 Aura bot.

Now that the 'Win8 Aura' bot has flipped to GN and seems
stable, we need to add in the remaining compile targets
to match the 'Win8 GN' bot; once this lands, we can safely
turn off the 'Win8 GN' bot and rename the 'Win8 Aura' bot
to match.
