Work around CGDataProvider premature release.

Allow Skia to keep the original CGFont alive for the lifetime of
the SkTypeface.

This CL is based on the observation that sometimes a CTFont created from a
CGFont created from a CGDataProvider may not always properly hold onto the
underlying data. The original CGFont does appear to properly hold onto the
underlying data, so this simply allows us to keep the original CGFont alive for
the life of the SkTypeface.

This appears to be the simplest way to test that this is what is happening. If
this affects the frequency of the issue additional cleanup may follow.
