Fixing NoSuchMethod exceptions on Chrome Linux. Chrome appears to have updated the 'is not a function' exception message and this has broken Dart's exception handling. In general, this appears to be an extremely fragile mechanism. I've opened bug http://code.google.com/p/dart/issues/detail?id=7545 to track.
