constraint when establishing the peerconnection if you want to use data
channels. I don't see any reference to a constraint in this new block of
instructions. Is a constraint no longer necessary in more recent versions of
Chrome?

The constrataint is hardcodec into jsep01_call.js and is not needed to be
inserted from the test page.
