Componentize webkit/compositor_bindings target

Componentize webkit/compositor_bindings target

This is in preparation for using the compositor bindings code outside of
webkit_glue.dll, for instance inside content.dll

Also removes WebDelegatedRendererLayer support since it isn't needed.

I'm just exporting the symbols that are used - since these classes are pretty
much all vtables, the c'tor is the only symbol needed for most classes.
