Don't auto-wrap <svg:text>

Don't auto-wrap <svg:text>

Even if an explicit 'white-space' property overrides the presentation
attribute style (from 'xml:space'), auto-wrap should still be disabled
(until "wrappable text" a'la SVG2 has been implemented.)
