Update check in KillingRendererClearsDescendantProxies test.

The SiteInstance will not go away once it is stored in session
history, so make sure its frames and proxies are gone directly.

Nick, can you take a look?  This test starts to fail once I fix the commit type
in https://codereview.chromium.org/1148953014/, since the SiteInstance itself is
kept alive by the FrameNavigationEntry.

This EXPECT (and the one on line 1050) is redundant to the DepictFrameTree
assertion (which would fail if the first line has a proxy for C). We can just
remove these.
