Remove space before ':' and sort the line into the rest of the block.

This test also fails in SSA. For a short while it passed for the wrong reasons
in CPS, but now it fails for the same reason as SSA. I've moved it back to its
original place.

As far as I can tell, the RTI system looks for things like "is" checks on type
variables to determine if an $asT function should be emitted for a given
subclass of T, but does not check for type variables of T being reified, which
also depends on $asT.
