Maybe this pattern could be extraced in a class 'Lazy<T>'? The output unit seems
to be here for debugging purposes only.

There is a tiny little bit of work hidden in here: It does add quotes around the
hash that is passed in. Also, I find the use sites so much nicer to read with a
dedicated class. For a Lazy<String> I would know less what is really stored.

I'll keep this in mind if more uses of this pattern arise.
