we get the root from the ForeignWindow*?

Yes, last time I touched this code ash::Shell::GetAllRootWindows()[0] was used
elsewhere. Added a TODO for now but we should get this fixed asap.

you probably get parts of the screen where input doesn't work as it goes to the
foreign window. I think the way we handle input makes it relatively easy to
support this in the future though.
