Fixup Wallet sync.

1) Select the correct preference name for synced data type.
2) Set the correct field name when converting Wallet specifics to
   dictionary.

The bugs fixed in this patch are not causing any issues, but best to fix them
anyway.

I've discovered this while working on https://crbug.com/481595, so tagging with
that issue number. Let me know if you think it would be more approriate to file
a separate bug report.
