Early in the implementation I was touching this file, and I ran clang-format on
it. Glad to revert.

Just make sure you've checked out and built the latest llvm master, also that
you're rebased to the latest subzero master, and run "make -f
Makefile.standalone format".

We're in this llvm 3.6==>3.7 transition period which makes it more likely to
have formatting wars like this.
