Description

TSAN Linux hangs when running GtkKeyBindingsHandlerTest.* This disables the GtkKeyBindingsHandlerTest.* tests under Linux TSAN. A speculative fix for random hangs seen there, often in these tests. Based on comments from miu@ I'll revert this.  Seem that the root problem is
elsewhere.
