Description

A sample fix for Issue 3551. This change just checks if the downloaded file exists when creating a context menu and enable its "open" and "show in folder" items only when the file exists. BUG=3551 <http://crbug.com/3551>; TEST=Download a file; delete the downloaded file in windows explorer; click the down-arrow on the associated item on the Download Bar to pop up the menu, and; check its "open" and "show in folder" items are disabled.
