LGTM.

Though since --test-apk is a "required option", perhaps it should just be a
positional argument, following the rationale at
http://docs.python.org/library/optparse.html#what-are-options-for

Unfortunately, we use this pattern all over the place and is a shortcoming of
optparse. The new argparse addresses this use case, and we should switch to that
if there's no python dependency.
