launchChromeShellWithBlankPage() call. The tests still pass, and I still see
google.com opening on the device, so I'm unsure why that call was in there to
begin with.

IIRC, the method call is extraneous because I think the web page gets loaded as
part of the first getActivity() call. If the tests pass, I am fine with removing
this.
