ChromeOS Gaia: UI polishing
-Fixed Enterprise Enrollment window size
-Added autocomplete option to the offline login
-Added default domain "gmail.com" on offline login when user do not enter domain
-gaia-core-icon-button does not have box-shadow when it is hovered
