Is this what we want? I notice that in sslconfig.h SSL_USE_OPENSSL is currently
defined as HAVE_OPENSSL_H. Do you want instead to replicate that for NSS? I.e.,

#define SSL_USE_NSS HAVE_NSS_SSL_H

and then define HAVE_NSS_SSL_H in libjingle.gyp?

I don't know exactly what is the purpose of HAVE_OPENSSL_SSL_H if we already
have the SSL_USE_OPENSSL.
