This may not be an appropriate use of a 100% experiment, but navabi@ and I are
trying to stress the Appurify instance to approximate how it will handle his
changes in https://codereview.chromium.org/1104533002/. We do not intend to
graduate this bot out of experimental.

Glad to see this landed. I'm curious to see how this does Wednesday and Thursday
when we have peak jobs.

Sergiy, we just want to get an idea of how AMP capacity (which is somewhat of a
black box to us) reacts to this stress testing.

I'm planning on reusing this slave soon for split AMP cq recipe, and when I do
it will not be 100%.
