We started getting crashes on
https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/client.skia/builders/Linux%20Tests after
this landed, just like last time there was a patch with incorrect guards.
Are we just out of sync with Chrome and expecting it to clear up, or do we need
to revert?
