OS(MACOSX) and USE(WEBAUDIO_FFMPEG) are mutually exclusive

OS(MACOSX) and USE(WEBAUDIO_FFMPEG) are mutually exclusive.

Simplify platform/audio to remove unnecessary tests.

The change in the comment for FFTFrameFFMPEG.cpp is unrelated, but it is the

LGTM, but I am not an owner.

This change means we can not use FFMPEG's FFT on OSX, right? I don't think
there's any reason that we would use FFMPEG's FFT on OSX, though.

In a sense that both OS(MACOSX) and USE(WEBAUDIO_FFMPEG) can be true, but never
at the same time. This just makes it explicit that we do not support using
FFMPEG on MacOS.
