This test intentionally triggers GC, but with a slightly reduced number of
iterations we still do several scavenges and at least one mark-sweep, while the
overall runtime goes down significantly.

So if all you want is a full GC in this regression test, you should just use
--gc-global and set it to a much lower iteration count.
