Change JS parameter to camel case.

Changes the parameter default_zoom_factor to appear as defaultZoomFactor
to javascript.

I must admit, I was unsure what to do with the parameter since I didn't realize
(until today) that the auto-generator converts camel-case in tabs.json to unix
hacker style in tabs.h while still showing the camel case to JS. If I'd known
that earlier I've have done this originally ... live and learn :-)

The zoom api is stable, but the addition of default zoom is not (it went in at
https://codereview.chromium.org/1051013002/ which is r323505, currently M43 dev
if I read the OmahaProxy info correctly). I'm assuming we still have time to
land this and merge it ... but let me know if I'm mistaken.

Ok, in that case yes you'd need to land and merge it. We can submit this now
(lgtm), request a merge, and if rejected revert the patch.
