Can't you add that to the global source list? The filename rules should exclude
them on non-ios

The mac trybots failed trying to compile these files, so I moved them down into
an iOS section.  I'm still trying to work out what's happening.  This gyp file
pulls in common.gypi, right?

Hm, looks like it doesn't set chromium_code at the top, so it doesn't pull in
common.gypi. Not sure why.

It looks like the other platforms include their own file pattern rules further
down. Do the same for ios for now; I'll look into converting this to common.gypi
later.

Aha, I didn't know the file pattern rules were gated on chromium_code=1.  This
all makes sense now.  I've added an ios exclusion rule next to the other
platforms.
