Move this up to m_closedCaptionsVisible or the other group of related flags.

I think we should take the opportunity, and introduce the similar flag from the
spec:

https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#did-perform-automatic-track-selection

So, append 'did' to the name and reverse the value.
