Minor cleanups in CSS.

Removed -webkit- prefix for CSS properties that work without prefix.

Nice! This is a lot cleaner than the previous implementation. Have you
double-checked that it still works correctly when the plugin is is bigger,
smaller and the same size as the window, and that full-screen mode still works
both with and without bump-scrolling? A lot of my trial-and-error solutions
worked in most of these cases but not all of them.

It's also possible that this fixes bug 329680; can you check and a a BUG= line
if it does?

Turns out it was breaking bump-scrolling, so I reverted that part of this change
