A revert of this CL (patchset #1 id:1) has been created in
https://codereview.chromium.org/1071273004/ by thakis@chromium.org.

The reason for reverting is: Broke clang/win waterfall.
https://codereview.chromium.org/1073903002/ fixes this, but I'd prefer if the
bot wasn't red until that makes it into chromium..
