"Area of recorded content" is not quite precise.  Area of recorded content would
be what the previous patch did, in adding up new cc::Picture sizes that frame. 
It's the area of invalidated content  that's inside the interest rect of the
recording source.  Maybe "area of invalidated content" is enough?
