And since I'm commenting here anyways: Please try to explain in CL descriptions
_why_ you're doing a change. In this case it can be inferred from reading the
bug (yay for the BUG= line), but a "This test is only supposed to run on
chromeos and doesn't work well on the linux bots." in the CL description
would've made things much easier for me to understand.
