blink:bindings: Temporarily disable ActivityLogApiTest.

blink:bindings: Temporarily disable ActivityLogApiTest.

In order to rename blink::EventTargetNames::LocalDOMWindow to
blink::EventTargetNames::DOMWindow, we have to temporarily disable
the test while the transition.  Once the renaming gets done, we'll
enable the test.
