	8 Intel® Power Gadget library aims to access real-time data about a 2nd generation or later Intel® Core processor regarding current estimated processor power, the rmal design power (TDP), current processor frequency, base frequency, current te mperature, maximum temperature, timestamps and elapsed time. The data is obtaine d from the Model Specific Registers (MSRs) that are available only in 2nd Genera tion Intel® Core or later processors.
